Cooking at Maarava is based on the “Farm-to-Table” philosophy — the use of seasonal produce and ingredients at their height of ripeness and flavor. We grow our vegetables and herbs in Maarava’s fields and at outside farms. Our meticulously chosen suppliers bring only the finest meat, fish and other produce to your table.
